KKM Krav Maga
Our adult program is where most students start. It's open to ages 15 and up, no experience required, and built so someone with zero martial arts background can walk in and start training on day one alongside people who've been at it for years. There's no forms to memorize and no sport rules to learn first. Every class is about building skill you could actually use, at a pace that fits you.
Real coaching and correction, not just following along in a crowd
Ages 15 and up, any fitness level, first class ever or next step in training
Practical self-defense you could actually use, not sport rules or forms
A structured beginner-to-advanced progression through belt rank
The adult curriculum builds in layers. You start with the fundamentals everyone needs, then keep adding to what you know as you put in time on the mat. There's no rushing ahead; every class is coached so you're always working on the right thing for where you're at.
Punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, plus the stance and movement every other technique builds on.
How to get back to your feet and stay safe if a confrontation ends up on the ground.
Practical responses to grabs and chokes, plus knife and gun awareness and disarming basics.
Pressure-tested drills against a resisting partner, not choreography you run in a straight line.
Every class opens with a warm-up, then breaks a technique down step by step before you drill it with a partner. Instructors circulate the whole time, correcting form in real time instead of just demonstrating once and moving on. As the class builds confidence, drills add resistance and pace, so what you're training starts to feel like the real thing instead of a routine.
Classes run most days of the week across both locations, taught by Master Arkadiy Nepomnishy and Instructor Al. See the full class schedule →
Master Arkadiy Nepomnishy
Adult classes at both locations are led by Master Arkadiy Nepomnishy, a 4th-degree KKM black belt with international-level instructor status who has spent over two decades building his own martial arts career and running his own school since 1999. Tuesday and Thursday classes in Hillsborough are led by Instructor Al.
