This Privacy Policy explains how Taekwondo Elite, operating as KKM Krav Maga at our Hillsborough and North Brunswick, New Jersey locations ("KKM Krav Maga," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects the personal information you share with us through this website, our digital waiver, and our free trial and organizational training request forms. By using this website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described below.
When you request a free trial or organizational training through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and preferred training location (or, for organizations, your organization name and group details).
If you complete our digital waiver, we collect more detailed information, because it's required to safely enroll a participant and to establish a valid liability waiver under New Jersey law: participant name, date of birth, address, phone, and email; parent or legal guardian information if the participant is under 18; an emergency contact's name, phone, and relationship to the participant; any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications you choose to disclose; your electronic signature; and, for our own record-keeping and to help establish that the waiver was validly signed, the timestamp and browser information present at the time of signing.
We do not collect payment or billing information through this website. Pricing and payment are handled in person or by phone once you've enrolled.
We use the information you provide to respond to trial and training requests, schedule your first class, contact you about your training, maintain a record of signed waivers as required for insurance and liability purposes, and respond to questions you send us directly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. The only browser storage we use is a small, non-personal preference saved in your own browser — not sent to us — that remembers whether you've dismissed the "2 Weeks Free" reminder button, so it doesn't reappear for the rest of that browsing session.
KKM Krav Maga trains participants ages 15 and up. Because we train minors between the ages of 15 and 17, our digital waiver is specifically designed to collect a parent or legal guardian's information and require their signature and consent on the minor participant's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not permit anyone under 15 to enroll or submit a waiver.
We keep signed waivers and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal, insurance, and liability obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the information below. If you no longer want us to contact you about a trial or training request, just let us know and we'll stop.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
